Jill used to tell a story to her two small daughters in which they were the heroes. Eventually, the story evolved and Jill added characters to include her five grandchildren and turned the story into a book.
Jill tells and illustrates a tale from her own imagination featuring magic, dragons, wolves, bears, flying fish and many other things that cannot quite be explained!

This book is the result of Huguette's soul searching and a spiritual legacy to anyone embarking in the wonderful adventure of discovering oneself.
"I can't be free if I keep my soul imprisonned."
Leola Meagher tells the story of her mother's life and the struggles her mother overcame living in rugged circumstances in rural Quebec in the first part of the last century. It can be summed up as the spiritual journey of a strong woman who inspired others on her journey, as she found ways to turn lemons into lemonade.
The book is a collection of anecdotes connecting Yvonne to her family as well as to the many people she influenced along the way. This book takes the reader back to a time before the safety net of welfare checks and unemployment insurance, a time when folks had to survive on resourcefulness and hard work alone.
The loss of her best friend was soul crushing, far worse than the others. As she was crumbled on the floor of a high rise apartment on the 26th floor apartment overlooking the river in Bangkok, she could hear the sound of the air conditioner drowning out the voice in her head. She looked at the stack of hundreds of papers sitting on her desk. She was writing out her experiences in 42 degree heat as she felt trapped in an endless cycle of loss. Loss of people, of material possessions, of time, lack of resources and ultimately a deep loss of self.
She knew she would spend the next few months writing it all out until it all made sense.
Have fun or just relax in the game room! Board games, puzzles and a reading area - for kids and adults.
